By rocket The first one I received broke on the second use (the rope pulled out). However, I returned it with no hassle and received a new one which works fine.

It worked great until the terrycloth covering started to fall apart that is on one side of the device. Fix that problem and this is a good product. Just needs something done about the type of cloth used.
