got this after back surgery and it does a great job exercising the legs from just staying inside your home. good quality, good price.

I had to put sticky pads on the bottom because it slipped around. Then one came off after I had been using it for about 20-25 minutes and I reached down to fix it and the metal that connects the pedals to it was so hot I burned both my arms to the point of getting blistered. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this bike for my dad who was recuperating from falls and overall weakness due to health issues and age. He'd been in a nursing home for 3 months and they used this same peddler there and he loved it. He's had it only three weeks and when tightened to make it more challenging to peddle it gets jerky and won't peddle smoothly. He's also seen some debris coming out of the peddler when he's using it. Unfortunately, the box and return information was not saved so it can't be returned for a replacement or refund.
It was very inexpensive but not when you take into consideration the brief time he's had it and the trouble he's already having with it. It's a real shame because he's truly been using it and getting stronger all the time.

I was pleasantly surprised when i received this in the mail that it looked much sturdier than the picture. I bought this so that i could do some light cardio whilst on the computer. Its pretty good if you want to use it for this purpose, i can easily focus on what i'm doing on the computer, while my legs are working out. I think that this was a great buy for only 16 dollars :]

I got a great new job. Its a desk job and from always having very active jobs in the past I started packing on the pounds as soon as I started sitting for 9 hours a day. I was trying to figure out a way to avoid the fat, burn calories and still be able to work my phone job. This is great. I just sit and pedal for like 9 hours a day. My initial complaint was that it did squeak but I rigged it with electric tape and fixed that and now I can just pedal and work out while on the phones. It made me hate my job less because it gives me something to keep me occupied and active. I love it. My fat co-workers think I'm nuts but its great. Perfect for a desk job.
