Does offer some help! Apr 30, 2012
By MARCO Bought this a few months ago for my office. I sadly sit at my sekd 8-9 hours a day and although I get up frequently to move around, can never totlayy seem to get comfortable. This disk does help with my lower back and hips. Especially if I have been sitting for 45 minutes or more without moving. Without the disk, I feel some tightness in my hips upon getting off my chair. The side of the disk with the more prominent soft spikes can get to you after a while, but does offer some additional blood flow to the legs. For the price, this is not a bad choice for those who sit in a chair.
